Today we're making an under ten minute dessert that looks like you slaved away with a ice cream maker, when really you just threw it all in the food processor! I've been semi-obsessed with peaches and I'm not even sorry about it. I've been counting down the days until Chick-Fil-A brings back their peach milkshake. I've also made a peach mango crock pot chicken that tastes identical to sweet and sour chicken (Be on the lookout for that one over at my blog).
This frozen yogurt is the perfect balance between sweet and tart. You could easily make this by substituting plain yogurt for the vanilla yogurt, and make it even tastier by adding a few chocolate chips and whip cream. IF you have any left, just store in your freezer--and don't tell anyone else about it!
Peach-Mango Frozen Yogurt (Adapted from Justataste)
12 oz Peaches
4 oz Mangos
1/2 cup of Cabot Vanilla Bean Yogurt
1 Tbsp. of Lime Juice
3 Tbsp. of Agave Nectar
Add frozen peaches, mangoes, yogurt, lime juice and agave nectar to the food processor, then process until creamy (You can always add more yogurt a spoonful at a time). Serve immediately or store in the freezer!
